There was a time period that I would never forget when I was seventeen. That was the best summer I’ve ever had during my high school😧. I’ve join the school summer festival, which is an yearly activity that everyone will participate, an entertainment which made me exciting before summer. Therefore, I never thought I could performance on the stage that day, and even be the leader of the team. I was the team leader of the African hand drum dance and we had an excellent performance. It was really hard to lead the team at the beginning of the training. Even though they are my classmate and friends, there is no barrier for us to communicate. I still had a hard time to get into the thing. At the beginning, everyone halve their own thought about the performance, however, we cannot put those thought together. As our dance is a team work, not a single person’s show, we need to think as a team, act as one unit. After a whole days’ communication, we finally made a decision, which is evert single person took one part of the action. And then, we took two days of training to complete the rest of the part. Before the moment of we got on the stage, everyone were extremely nervous. As it was the first time I had ever lead a team of my school life, I was actually more nervous than anybody, but I need to maintain my temper. I started telling them we can made it. Finally the performance was better than I expected.
